If you have a P.P.O. plan not listed above, please ask us to verify your coverage. We will happy to obtain your benefit information for you.

We are not a dental insurance based office. We collect fees from the patient at the time of treatment and file claims in a timely manner, directing insurance carriers to reimburse the subscriber/patient directly.
